The minimum order amount is 300 Lavazza capsules.
FREE SHIPPING with 400 capsules
(Zone 1 and Zone 2) or 500 capsules (Zone 3).

Conditions for the FREE SHIPPING
Zone 1 -   5.5 € or FREE with 400 capsules: Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia
Zone 2 -   9.9 € or FREE with 400 capsules: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Holland, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania
Zone 3 - 19.9 € or FREE with 500 capsules: Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
The minimum order for the free shipping refers to the capsules, not to other products (e.g. chocolate, cappuccino).

We are sorry to inform you that at this time NERONERO does not sell or ship products outside of the EU.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Disclaimer: NERONERO reserves the right to change or amend the shipping policy and/or shipping charges on each order as may be required to compensate for individual circumstances that may arise.

Delivery instructions

Indicate in the notes (at the end of the order) any additional instructions for the delivery (e.g. name on the bell, hours, people, delivery address if different from the billing address)
We always suggest to print and keep a copy of the order, and also to check if you filled in all the fields correctly.

ADVICE: Whenever possible, request the delivery of the products to your office or workplace.
This way the Express Courier will find it more easily and quickly, avoiding attempts to redeliver. Send us your Skype contact for future free communication.

Delivery time
The Express Courier generally delivers within 48 to 72 hours, from Monday to Friday.
In the main cities it often delivers within the next day. For other locations and islands it needs longer time. There are up to two attempts to redeliver the products; in case of failed delivery, the shipment is stored into the local Express Courier warehouse and it can be withdrawn through agreements over the phone with their local branch.

The products are delivered on the ground floor at the house number indicated (the Express Service does not deliver to upper floors).

Verifications
The customer must check that the package is not damaged when it's delivered.
In case any anomaly is found, the customer should not accept the products, and must complain on the written document of the Express Courier, meanwhile informing NERONERO via email or fax.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Orders
The orders (minimum 300 capsules) are accepted online. The customer sending an online order will receive an email at the end of the process, with a reference number. In case this email does not arrive within 10 minutes, it could mean that a wrong email address was indicated or that the servers were not working. If this occurs, please go back to the order page and reorder (only the second one will be considered if both arrive).

Prices
All prices on the website include VAT. Please also note that prices can be modified at any time without prior notice (does not affect orders sent prior to the changes).

Product availability
Product availability changes continuously, therefore (but very rarely) it might occur that a product is not immediately available. In this case the customer will be contacted via email for further agreements regarding the delivery.
All special offers and sales exclude all previously purchased merchandise or equipment, and are valid only until indicated.
NERONERO reserves the right to refuse to sell or ship products to anyone.
As product packaging is subject to change, product photos may not accurately reflect the current product packaging. Please refer to the product name and description.

Acceptance of the General Conditions

By sending the confirmation of the order, the customer automatically accepts the General Conditions completely, and to observe all the general conditions indicated on NERONERO.EU, declaring to have read them and accepted them.

Billing
An invoice is always automatically shipped with the goods, therefore it's important to indicate the exact data of the company (exact name, address, tax number, etc.). Please indicate if the billing address is different from the shipping address.

Liabilities
NERONERO is not liable for damages nor losses, direct or indirect, deriving from the sale of products or services nor for a delayed delivery, nor for any other fact not directly linkable to NERONERO.

Technical information
The information shown on the website are taken from the products' manufacturer's website.
ADVICE: Do not enter Credit Card numbers on an unsecure page. A secure URL begins with "https://" instead of "http://" (it stands fo "Hyper Text Transport Protocol - Secure"). You should never send your Credit Card information via email to us or to any other third party.

Guarantee
- NERONERO guarantees the quality of its products as long as they are utilized correctly and diligently.
- The guarantee period for all machines is 1 year. The guarantee starts on the day of the purchase.
- The guarantee can only be used by the person whose name is on the invoice.
- A product malfunction must be described in writing within the legal deadline.
- The defective product returned must be accompanied by the invoice number and a written description of the problem.
- Shipping costs to deliver the product to our service center will be covered by the customer.


Right to recede from the purchase agreement
- Within 10 days from receiving the products, send an email to NERONERO.EU with the invoice or simply send the products back, unused and complete, in the original packaging.
- NERONERO will proceed to transfer the cost back, after checking the products' status.
- Shipping costs to send the product back are to be covered by the customer.
- Any product not conforming to the original cannot be reimbursed, nor accepted.
In case you received the incorrect item, please do not open the package, and immediately contact us.

Refunds will be credited to the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase; no cash refunds will be given.
NERONERO cannot exchange or refund any opened or partially consumed product. Any product returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect condition: open, used or damaged items will not be accepted back.

Lavazza, Lavazza BLUE and Lavazza Espresso Point are registered brands of Luigi Lavazza S.p.a.
Attention: the Lavazza capsules are normally not compatible with other than Lavazza machines. Moreover even within Lavazza machines there are different capsules compatible with different machines. For more information click HERE .
